Beauty Tip/Trick

So I decided to share a little beauty tip/trick with you guys.


I've been doing this since about 8th grade.


Now, you should know you shouldn't wash your hair EVERY day because it can damage your hair. But some people's hair gets a little oily/greasy after even one day of not washing it. What I do is take some baby powder (unscented!!!) and work it into the roots of my hair. It gets rid of all the greasy substances for the day and it's not as pricey as some of those products that do the EXACT same thing.

E.L.F. Haul/Review!

FINALLY. I've been feeling very ill lately so I finally decided to upload this.



So I ordered quite a few things from eyeslipsface.com as I had a free shipping coupon, and half off minerals.

Eyeshadow quad in DRAMA:

I like this actually, it is very pigmented, I'd recommend it to beginners.

Eyeshadow quad in BUTTERNUT:

I don't like this one as much as Drama because the colors aren't as pigmented and also they have a weird shimmer to them, I can't really explain it, but it is quite odd.

Mineral eyeshadows in Mysterious(lightest), Socialite (medium brown), & Seductive (black):






I LOVE LOVE LOVE these. I actually use Mysterious and Seductive when I do smokey eyes, I prefer it over Urban Decay actually. Very pigmented and go on so smooth and so far, (for me and I'm half chinese so my eyes are little) it does not crease. I would recommend this for beginners AND experienced make up lovers.

Studio line blushed/bronzed duo:



I like the blush in this. It's comparable to NARS laguna. Deffinatley NOT the same, but comparable. I DO NOT like the bronzer. It is WAAAY too dark for me. I am the lightest skin tone in every makeup line, so this just makes me look weird.


Mineral blush in JOY:






This is a very pretty blusher, deffinatley recommend this.


All over color sticks in Persimmon (darker one), and Lilac Petal:





I don't like these at all. They are WAY too pigmented for my taste. They smell delicious though, my dog keeps trying to eat them 8)


Liquid Eyeliner:





This is my new favorite liquid eyeliner, seeing as I use smashbox gel liner more though. This eyeliner stays on through EVERYTHING. That might not be a good thing for some people, but this eyeliner does not come off easily. I really like the felt tip also. Reccomend this!


Mineral foundation and concealer:





The packaging is almost exactly the same as Bare Escentuals. I don't like this however. When I put it on it doesn't cover anything, it's like I'm putting nothing on, just rubbing a brush on my face. I don't recommend this.

Brushes, eyeshadow brush, blender brush, blush brush, and all over face brush:



I like the blending eye brush and the eyeshadow brush like most others agree however I really don't like the face or blush brush. They shed A LOT and they don't pick colour up easily.

I also got 4 nail polishes which one I'm wearing in the pictures (the pink tips) but I could not get pictures because my camera died (SORRY!!)

Moonlight - love love love
Gum Pink - (shown above) love it
Clear - good
White - don't recommend, I had to put on like 8 coats for it to show well.

E.L.F. Haul/Review!

So I got my package over the weekend and I've tried everything finally so I can finally do my review :)

But there's some bad news!

My camera isn't working :( so I can't take pictures of all my goodies & swatches!

I'm getting it fixed and it should be working by tomorrow. If worst comes to worst I'll use my MACbook to take pictures.

Revlon ColorStay

So I went to the store to get some groceries today, and I stumbled across the Revlon ColorStay that everyone's been going on about. It was on sale for 6 dollars so I figured why not? It's the same size as MAC studio fix, and it has great coverage, not AS good, but it's good if you wanna save 20 bucks :) I like it!

You don't want cracked heels!
Try out Rosebud salve. Rub on the heels at night before bed and put on some fuzzy socks. In the morning your feet will be oh so smooth!

Buffalo Exchange

I stopped in Buffalo Exchange today to try and sell some of my old jeans, but they weren't "in style" apparently, beacause they're light wash, and not dark wash.
Boo.


But anyways, I browsed a bit, and the selection wasn't great... sad to say!

Vaseline?!? Yeah it worked

So recently one of my girlfriends told me to put vaseline on my lashes at night before bed with an old mascara applicator, and at first I was skeptical.
Well guess what? It worked!

I started putting it on my lashes about a week ago, and I kid you not, they've grown! I was so surprised.

Just work it through the lashes at night, and in the morning before your morning routine, just scrub it off with your face wash!

E.L.F.

I'm sure you've all heard all about E.L.F. (eyes lips face) by now, but I'm just jumping on the bandwagon, and ordered today.
I did a haul on eyeslipsface.com and bought some of their dollar makeup products, just so I could see if they work okay. Also I got some false lashes because I heard they were just as good as the ardell lashes so it's worth a shot. I also bought some of their mineral products and some brushes, to try those out as well!

As soon as I get them I'll post on it!

Brand new!

Hi everyone! I'm brand new to this whole, blog thing but I've seen all of the gorgeous gals on youtube and also on here posting so here I am, posting one too :) I thought I'd give it a try

On here I'm going to do posts about makeup, such as reviews and what not. You know the drill.
Also I'll be posting reviews on my youtube account!
